Can't get this stupid flash to work!!!! omfg!

The motion tween isn't working.... All I want to do is make a circle move to another spot, but it won't let me even select the cirlcle. It puts this blue border with a little cross in the middle around the whole picture and whenever I move it, the whole picture moves (the circle and everything around it move with it). Why can't I select the freaking ball!?!?

The flash lecture notes are too vague to be instructions.

I wish my lawn was Emo so it would cut itself.

Without seeing it in person, it's hard to say what the problem is. However, I'd suggest you check to make sure that your circle is on a separate layer from everything else, which should make it easier to select by itself.

Uhh I think I know what your seeing...right-click the object and choose "break apart".

Well, it depends... if Andrew made his entire background and the circle a symbol, then he'd have to break it apart before he could make just the circle by itself a symbol. So. :x
