"Who? What does it matter? Or…do you need a name to describe me? A definition by words is merely a means to deceive oneself. It's meaningless before the truth. What matters is how you perceive things. The slightest shift, then life and death no longer have any meaning." ~ Virgil, Xenosaga

Yeah, IE for Mac is a completely different animal from IE for PC; it doesn't have a built-in FTP client, for one. You'll have to download an FTP client yourself. Try Cyberduck.

How do I open it to see all the tags and stuff. I took the document out of the FTP and it looks like a paper with the safari symbol on it. I can only open it to see the actual internet page watever its on. LIke if I open in it Microsoft Word, I see the page how it would look like on the internet. If i open it in TextEdit I see all the text I wrote like the Journal Entry

Make sure you're using TextEdit in plain text mode, like Quad mentioned above. In the menu, Format -> Plain Text. You should be able to see the HTML.

yeah, Cyberduck is pretty cool. well, it wasn't my first choice;; I like transmit, but then my free trial session thing expired. so now I'm using Cyberduck.
