Uh, where does it say that TIC is a prerequisite for Robotics, or any other ATDP class? ;p (It's not even a prereq for the TVA lab course.)

The only class TIC has ever been a prereq for is AIC. And really, you've seen (or will be seeing) much of what was covered in AIC.
