To kick off the summer session, here is the official "introduce yourself" topic that every person who has anything to do with TIC should be posting in. This includes students, instructors, and all teacher assistants. :)

My given name is Cynthia, but I'm better known around the ATDP community as Kass, so feel free to call me that. I've been working at ATDP for quite a few summers now, first as a teacher assistant and later as an instructor, and even before that I took several classes as a student. I'm from Castro Valley and I'll be going into my final year as an undergraduate at UC San Diego come this Fall. As one of the two instructors of TIC, I'll be present at both morning and afternoon sessions and you should feel free to pester me about whatever you wish. :)

My name is Cindy and I'll be TAing for the afternoon session of TIC. This is going to be my 4th summer involved with Lloyd's Internet Classes. (4 already?? wow... >.> )

About my interests... I'm a proud band geek and I love playing my instrument/band class. I've switched instruments so many times that my parents can no longer remember which instrument I play. If I ever have any spare time, you'll find me drawing or working in programs like photoshop. *is a CG addict* Other hobbies are DDR and webdesign.

Uh.. warnings...? 0=] Don't give me any form of sugar if you expect me to sit still: *is prone to sugar highs on the smallest amounts* Also, I have nooooooo control over myself once I start CGing. >.> I become extremely glued. =p .. uh.. just to add, I'm a little slow somtimes.

Hellooooo. My name is Alex, and I'll be TAing for both sessions of TIC. This is my third summer at ATDP (I took Intro to C in 2003 and The Virtual ATDP in 2005), and my first summer as a TA. In other words, I haven't been here anywhere near as long as the rest of these folks. Also, I will be graduating from Mission San Jose High four days before the start of ATDP, and attending UC Davis in the fall.

Some more about me: I am very interested in design, especially industrial design, automotive design, web design, and graphic design. Actually, any type of design will do. In fact, the design of this site was originally mine, before Kass mutilated it (just kidding, it's very nice :P). I also know a bit about XHTML and CSS and that sort of thing, so you can bug me about that. In my free time, I draw (cars, usually), and listen to music. I also have an unhealthy obsession with Apple products, specifically with my MacBook and my iPod(s).

Good morning. You can call me Jackie, Jackielin, or whatever you wishhh =] (my real name's Jacqueline. Aaaahh~ So long. I dislike it). This is.. Let me see.. My 3rd year at ATDP. Back in 2004, I took TVA which was a huuuge change for me. I loved TVA04. <3 The next year, I took Intro. to Geometric Thinking, and this year I will be taking Intro. to Chemistry (the PM class). I'm only an.. iTA? this summer I think, for both the AM / PM classes of Intro. to Chem.

Here are some other facts. :D

- Abraham Lincoln High School (San Francisco)
- Has a recent addiction to root beer floats and taking pictues~
- Plays Ragnarok Online
- Grew a lot since last summer (as you guys saw yesterday! Mwhaha)
