I'm not a Mac user so you'll either have to try it out youself or await the response of a fellow Mac savy user... If the FTP client built into IE doesn't work (or does not exist on your version/mac version of IE in general), just download any free FTP client off of download.com.

You can actually use Safari on your Mac, Dhruv...

Just type into the addressbar: ftp://128.32.250.91

...then enter your username and password in the login screen, as usual. Your home directory should appear as a folder on your desktop, onto which you can copy your stuff. It might be a little slower than using an FTP client, but just as effective.

(Wasn't there a thread or page somewhere here that Trev created early in the session that had a list of Mac FTP clients?)

Ah yes, here it is: http://virtualatdp.berkeley.edu:8081/tic/1 ... partway down the page is a list of Mac FTP clients, some free, others not. Try Transmit or Cyberduck. I've read good things about those, though I myself am a longtime Interarchy user (a commercial product). I wonder if Fetch is still free. Go look. Any of those OS X clients are superb.

Oh ok. Thanks for all the help. Alex helped me earlier with the same suggestions. I downloaded Cyberduck and it's working fine.
