Nope... HTML does not work. You have to use forum code (the phpBB-style stuff with square brackets). On a related note, though... everyone now has the ability to edit their own posts. So... yeah. :P

Okay, controversy time, maybe...
I think we should 'separate church and state' here in TIC forums. That is, any blatantly religious sig quotes ought to be... well, ought not to be used/displayed. They're pretty much like Google text ads for Jesus/Buddha/Mohammed/choose your deity... ;p and we don't want those here, do we? I mean, I respect anyone's right to a religious belief, but do not wish to have it foisted on anyone else, 'by association.'

Yes, I'm referring specifically to Terrance's sig. And while we're at it (criticque-ing)... I do think your sig is really too large and obtrusive, Max. As Kass says in the setup: "Keep your sig short. Use only small images. Sigs which hurt readability of the forums will be deleted at the administrator's discretion."
They do mar readability, imho. Why don't you make it a bit smaller, please? Quite a bit smaller.

I rather agree with "Forward Biased" ... why put an image in the sig when you've got an avatar already? (But I suppose ASCII images like Raid's are fine, if subtle.)
Incidentally... "Forward..." needs to introduce him- or herself in the Intro thread, so we know who you are. ;p

Because avatar images are limited to the 64x64 dimensions and the 16kb limit. Plus, you can't convey everything you want in an avatar (especially if they're that small).
And part of the reason why I put it there in the first place the first time (on my Japanese profile) was because you don't really notice sigs otherwise. But that's just me.
