My Anti-Milk Articles:
So many people in this world simply do not realize how many humans suffer from drinking milk. Why do they think that it is soo astoundingly healthy for THEM? Because it has calcium? Well so does tofu and orange juice and plenty of other foods which are jsut as accessable at the grocery stores. Common people, dont be afraid of change. Its not like you dont have a choice because there isnt enough food on the shelves of grocery stores. You are living in America not Soviet Russia.
Here are some facts from an article I found on the web: (and listed below that are some other articles you can check out)But please read!

"Human Bodies Fight Cow’s Milk
Besides humans (and domesticated animals who are fed by humans), no other species drinks milk beyond infancy or drinks the milk of another species. Cow’s milk is suited to the nutritional needs of calves, who – unlike human infants – have four stomachs and gain 20 stone or more in a matter of months, sometimes weighing more than 71 stone before their second birthdays.(26) Cow’s milk also contains about three times as much protein as human milk.(27,28)

Cow’s milk is one of the most common causes of food allergies among children.(29) Most people begin to produce less lactase, the enzyme that helps with the digestion of milk, when they are as young as 2 years old. This reduction can lead to lactose intolerance.(30) Millions of Europeans are lactose intolerant, and the British Nutrition Foundation estimates that up to 70 per cent of the world’s population may suffer, to some degree, from this condition, which can cause bloating, gas, cramps, vomiting, headaches, rashes and asthma.(31) Studies have also found that autism and schizophrenia in children may be linked to the body’s inability to digest the milk protein casein; symptoms of these diseases diminished or disappeared in 80 per cent of the children who were switched to milk-free diets.(32)

A UK study showed that people who were suffering from irregular heartbeats, asthma, headaches, fatigue and digestive problems ‘showed marked and often complete improvements in their health after cutting milk from their diets’.(33)

Calcium and Protein Myths
Although American women consume tremendous amounts of calcium, their rates of osteoporosis are among the highest in the world. Conversely, Chinese women consume half the calcium (all of it from plant sources) and have scant incidence of the bone disease.(34) Medical studies indicate that rather than preventing the disease, milk may actually increase women’s risk of osteoporosis. A Harvard Nurses’ Study of more than 77,000 women aged 34 to 59 found that those who consumed two or more glasses of milk per day had a higher risk of broken hips and arms than those who drank one glass or less per day.(35) T. Colin Campbell, professor of nutritional biochemistry at Cornell University, said, ‘The association between the intake of animal protein and fracture rates appears to be as strong as that between cigarette smoking and lung cancer’.(36)
Consumption of excessive protein from dairy products, eggs and meat has been linked to the formation of kidney stones and has been associated with cancer of the colon and liver.(37, 38) It is also suspected of putting a strain on the kidneys, which take calcium from the bones to compensate.(39) Humans can get all the protein that they need from a vegetarian diet – legumes, nuts, seeds, yeast, tofu and beans are all excellent sources of protein."

2.)
http://drmirkin.com/archive/6186.html (juvenile diabetes)
http://drmirkin.com/men/8334.html (prostate cancer)

this one just gives more foods which comtain high calcium and a small not note how half of the people in this world simply rely on milk to make them stronger.

Wow this was a really interesting article. It confirms a lot of my doubts about milk's health benefits. I wonder how drinking milk has become so ingrained in our culture?

Because everyone loves chocolate milk. Let's face it: it's a capitalistic society where everyone is out for themselves. The reason we don't know about the unhealthiness of milk is because we are constantly told how good it is for us. Those companies that supply and distribute the milk make their money by paying doctors and other researchers to say this.

Argh! Curse you capitalism! I swear, capitalism probably has a worse outcome than communism. At least communism THEORETICALLY could work if people were able to be satisfied with being equal and had a work ethic!

I have a question though. If milk is bad, then why do cows give this formula to their calves? Is it just unhealthy for humans or something?

yes because (if you read my article).....the milk is designed for calves. their digfestive systems are much larger, rougher, and entirely different than humans. and as previously stated calves, "have four stomachs and gain 20 stone or more in a matter of months, sometimes weighing more than 71 stone before their second birthdays"

and anyone who says that communism is better than capitalism is just knows nothing and is ignorant. captialism has jsut the as hopeful theoretical idealness and sure works better. If you take everything you have for granted go live in north korea at the moment or anywhere else hta tis communist. Those people lie a lot more to the people. At least here you ahve the chance to hear about it. I am not saying capitalism is perfect but it sure as hell is not even comparable to communism. Do you know how many people have been killed from it?! wow. at least here you have choice and free will to do what ever you want. To live the life you want and if you work hard enough to can do what you want. I can not believe someone would say something so offensive and closeminded
