Im having a huge problem with this system of equation. It has four variables and I have no idea how to solve it! Any help is greatly appreciated:

-4w + 10x -10y -4z = 78
-3w - 5x -4y +9z = -22
-3w -9x -y +6z = -31
8w +x +y +2z = -37
