A good place to start would be past tests. Go over the mistakes you made in those exams and see what concepts you had the most trouble with. Then perhaps skim over the relevant sections again - look through some of the examples ( they have been known to show up on exams ) to see how the problems are worked. Then you could do a few of the problems in the review sections for practice. Finally, to a certain level, you may be able to predict general types of questions that will appear on the test by examining patterns of questions that have appeared on past exams. You can expect that there will probably be at least one question on most of the major topics you've learned (e.g. Area/Volume Problems, Various new Integration Techniques, Curve-Sketching, Limits, Tangent Line Equations ...).
