For my project I have decided to ask myself this question “ For CHA students “ Is forced fun really forced fun?” Well now I would like to hear from the students on their brief take on how forced physical activity does it really benefit your health. I’ve found one article that is given me some background information about teens and forced physical activities statistics and their parents take on physical exercise, and so far it was interesting to see how this article is related to study. I know that forced fun is not only physical education, but also can be a baby shower, office party, or even a holiday celebration.
