ok, i was a little confused about this hw assignement...
how are we sposed to create a code for ourselves if codes vary based on what you're reading???
from the reading in emerson, it seemed as though how you code would b based off of what you wrote in your fieldnotes, so it seems like it would be difficult to havea pre-determinedd code for everything...
someone plz get back to me ASAP...estoy muy confundir (im REALLY confused)

yeah i asked mr austin bout da HW..but after i talked to him..i still didnt quite know what to do..lol..like were we supposed to do an observation and then codify it..or what??..well yea..and then the second thing on the syllabus..were we suppossed to write it out or sumthing..well yea..i dunno..

oh jeez..i totaly screwed up.i was so confused..i didnt know if we were sposed to do observations on our research question or what.okay so,we were sposed to "codify" our research?what?i didnt even understand the second question.what does "how does your idea of the other changed"mean?what is the "other"??ahhhhhhhh

i think that we were supposed to look over our jottings and see what kinds of codes we used, but i'm confused because how are we supposed to do that if we don't have our jottings? also on the second part of the homework, what did he mean by "the other". I have no idea wth that is! lol

lol bri.i think were just sposed 2 right what weve learned from writing feild notes and how it helped us on the proj...wait a minute thats exactly what it says on the paper.lol guess im prob not much help..o welllllllllllll. :P
